    This course helps you address them with practical exercises which help you to understand and plan how to develop your self-esteem. You will be able to:

    • Trust yourself and your intuitions

    • Feel good about yourself

    • Plan your future with more confidence

    • Say what you want more clearly

    The course
    works over 5 weeks with a group of participants who are geographically spread
    and working online, so it will be easy for you to trust your confidentially as
    you work on exercises together and on your own to improve your self-esteem.
